Welcome to Jawan Automobiles. By accessing our website or availing any of our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. About Jawan Automobiles

Jawan Automobiles is an authorized Maruti Suzuki service provider operating in Ernakulam District, Kerala. We run two service facilities:

  • Muvattupuzha (Vazhappally) – Authorized Maruti Suzuki Arena & NEXA Service Center
  • Kothamangalam – Authorized Maruti Suzuki Service Center

We provide servicing and repairs strictly as per Maruti Suzuki guidelines and standards.


2. Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Maruti Suzuki Free & Paid Periodic Services
  • Arena & NEXA Vehicle Servicing
  • Major and Minor Mechanical Repairs
  • Denting & Painting (Body Shop Services)
  • AC, Electrical & General Repairs
  • Wheel Alignment, Car Wash & Detailing
  • Cashless Insurance Repairs (approved insurers)
  • Pickup & Drop Services (within limited radius)

All services are carried out using approved processes, trained technicians, and authorized equipment.


3. Service Estimates & Payments

  • Service estimates provided are approximate and based on initial inspection.
  • If additional repairs or replacements are identified during servicing, customers will be informed and approval will be taken before proceeding.
  • Full payment must be completed before vehicle delivery, unless a prior written agreement exists.

4. Warranty & Use of Genuine Parts

  • Warranty coverage applies strictly according to Maruti Suzuki’s official warranty policy.
  • We use Maruti Genuine Parts and recommended oils by default. Any alternative part usage must be requested by the customer in writing.
  • Paint warranty (up to 5 years) is subject to usage conditions, exclusions, and manufacturer terms.

5. Insurance & Cashless Claims

  • Cashless insurance repairs are subject to insurance company approval and policy terms.
  • Jawan Automobiles is not responsible for claim rejections, delays, depreciation amounts, or deductions imposed by insurers.

6. Pickup & Drop Facility

  • Pickup and drop services are available within a 10–15 km radius, subject to availability.
  • Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle. Jawan Automobiles is not liable for loss or damage of personal items.

7. Delivery Timelines

  • We aim for same-day or timely delivery wherever possible.
  • Delays may occur due to spare part availability, insurance approvals, technical complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Jawan Automobiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Our liability, if any, is limited strictly to the value of services performed on the vehicle.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Jawan Automobiles reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
